What it is:
A calm, coach-led session combining breath work, sound bowls, and gongs to help you unwind, reset, and leave lighter. No experience needed—just lie back, listen, and let go.
Perfect for:
Anyone feeling wired, sore, or stressed; great after heavy training or a busy day. Beginner-friendly and pregnancy-safe (with comfortable positioning).
What to expect (40–50 minutes):
Gentle arrive + settle and easy breathing cues
Guided relaxation with layered soundscapes (bowls, gongs, chimes)
Soft return to the room with a quiet moment to reflect
We scale everything:
Choose lying or seated positions; props (bolsters/blocks/blankets) provided. You’re welcome to keep eyes open, adjust, or step out for water anytime.
