A 45-minute, tech-guided cardio class using the Concept2 SkiErg, BikeErg, and Rower. You’ll spend ~15 minutes on each machine with clear on-screen cues, music, and pacing targets

What to expect (45 minutes):
Fast warm-up, set your level, and learn the day’s format.
Three focused blocks (Ski • Bike • Row) with time or metre goals and built-in recovery.
Summary screen at the end so you can track metres, peaks, and PBs in the Revelate app.
