A coached conditioning class that blends kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and cardio machines (row/bike/ski) in timed intervals. No choreography—just clean work/rest blocks, great coaching, and options for every level.
Perfect for:
All abilities—first-timers, returners, and regulars who want a fun engine + core session without heavy lifting.
What to expect (45 minutes):
Warm-up + movement prep (hips, shoulders, core)
2–3 time-block circuits (e.g., 40:20, EMOM, short AMRAPs) mixing cardio efforts with full-body moves
Core finisher (anti-rotation/anti-extension focus: planks, dead bugs, carries)
Cool-down + stretch
We scale everything:
Pick lighter/heavier loads, swap to bodyweight, adjust pace on the machines, or extend rest. Clear regressions for knees/shoulders/backs.
Bring:
Water, small towel. Trainers you can move in.
