What it is:
A coached session focused on kettlebell fundamentals (swings, cleans, presses, carries) paired with core work for posture and back health. We run timed blocks, so you move at your pace with strong form—no barbell or complex choreography.
Perfect for:
Beginners and regulars who want strong hips, shoulders, and midline; lifters after a technique-first session; anyone needing smarter core than endless crunches.
What to expect (45 minutes):
Warm-up & hinge prep for hips/hamstrings
2–3 strength blocks: KB patterns + anti-rotation/anti-extension core (planks, dead bugs, carries)
Short conditioning finisher (optional pace)
We scale everything:
Choose bell weights; swap to deadlift/hinge before swing if needed; use single-arm or double-arm options. Coach gives regressions for wrists/shoulders and low backs. Quality > speed.
