Spinning (Indoor Cycling)
Low-impact cardio that actually feels fun—music up, legs on.

What it is:
A coached spin session built around cadence and resistance targets. We mix steady climbs, short intervals, and a few sprints so you build fitness without pounding your joints. Clear cues, great tunes, zero choreography required.

Perfect for:
First-timers, returners, and anyone who wants a sweat without impact. Great engine-builder for HYROX/Revved days.

What to expect (45 minutes):

Quick bike fit + how to read cadence/resistance

Warm-up → mixed sets (climbs, intervals, sprints) with planned recovery

Coach pacing tips (RPE/HR) so you find a gear you can repeat

Cool-down and short stretch

We scale everything:
Pick your resistance, aim for the suggested cadence ranges, and use seated options anytime

Bring:
Water, small towel. Stiff-soled trainers or cycling shoes both work.
